Return Policy
We will accept returns caused by our error and reimburse you for any quarantine
inspections and/or destruction. Any error or damage must be reported by phone or
fax upon receipt of the package. All returns must be authorized by Integrative
Resources, LLC prior to returning the product. A return authorization number
will be issued to you by Integrative Resources, LLC and needs to accompany the
invoice and the return no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
The return authorization number must be shown on the outside of the returned
parcel and on all correspondence. An authorized return, based on our error, will
be issued a call tag by Integrative Resources, LLC, at our expense. All other
authorized returns must be shipped at customer's expense and are subject to a
10% restocking fee. Products that have been opened cannot be accepted and will be
destroyed upon receipt without compensation to the purchaser. Cash refunds are
not available. However, we can offer credit towards the next purchase. In the
event of our error, a check can be issued to the customer or credit issued toward
the next purchase.
